Tanyi Grimm

Tanyi Grimm is an experienced Human Resources and Risk professional with over eight years of experience in local government. As the Deputy HR and Risk Director for Martin County Board of County Commissioners, her goals include motivating her team in change and promoting local government careers for the community. Having worked mostly in the area of total rewards, risk management, and talent acquisition for local government, she is also very familiar with all areas of human resources and risk management. Tanyi earned her degree of Masters of Public Administration from Florida International University. She also holds certifications in SHRM-SCP, SPHR, ARM, IPMA-CP and FCLRP.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Tanyi is a Florida Native and moved to the Treasure Coast in 2014 for new adventures. In those adventures, she is making memories with her husband, daughter and Beagle puppy Loki. In her time off away from work, Tanyi enjoys traveling nationally across the U.S, and finds peace when she is in the outdoors. She enjoys camping and visiting state parks, and looks forward for a weekend get-away from the big cities.
